Advisor to the European Commission
​I serve as an advisor to the European Commission, contributing to the design of policies that leverage supply chains to foster innovation and entrepreneurship.
My work focuses on how localized industrial capabilities can be transformed into engines of growth, offering a strategic perspective on Europe’s evolving industrial and innovation landscape.
Since early 2024 I have been working with Confindustria Belluno Dolomiti and GAL Belluno to support the transformation of a mature industrial region into an innovation ecosystem.
This involves identifying pathways for renewal, strengthening connections between firms and institutions, and designing strategies that position Belluno as a competitive hub in the global economy.

Scientific Coordinator of Fondazione Nordest
Since the summer of 2025 I have been serving as Scientific Coordinator of Fondazione Nordest, the research center of the Confindustrie of North East Italy.
In this role I guide the foundation’s research agenda on industrial development, entrepreneurship, and regional competitiveness, ensuring that evidence based insights inform both policy debates and strategic choices for local industry.
Alongside policy advisory, I work directly with private organizations on growth and scaling.
In 2015, I co founded Design on Site, a born-global firm operating in the design and furniture industry.
